White smoke from the exhaust
Coolant burning in the cylinders.
White exhaust smoke, coolant disappearing or milky oil can mean a blown head gasket — or something much simpler. We test at your place first, so you know exactly what you’re dealing with before any big decisions.
The head gasket seals the gap between the engine block and the cylinder head, keeping combustion gases, coolant and oil in their own channels. It usually fails after the engine overheats.
Because the repair is major, an accurate diagnosis matters. We do a combustion-gas (block) test and a cooling-system pressure test on site. If the gasket has failed, we quote the repair — including machining the head — and can transport the car to our Truganina workshop.
Coolant burning in the cylinders.
It’s going somewhere inside the engine.
Coolant mixing with oil — check the dipstick or oil cap.
Combustion gas pushing into the cooling system.
Good to know: Head gasket replacement is a workshop job. Towing to our Truganina workshop is quoted separately if the car can’t be driven.

Noises, warning lights, when it happens — photos and videos help.
We find the cause on site and you approve a fixed price before work starts.
Repaired where it’s parked, tested, and you pay when it’s done.
White exhaust smoke, unexplained coolant loss, milky oil and repeated overheating are the classic signs. A block test confirms it.
Testing, yes — we do that on site. The replacement itself needs the cylinder head machined, so it’s done at our Truganina workshop.
It depends on the car’s value and condition. We’ll give you an honest diagnosis and quote so you can decide.
