The kilometres are up
Your logbook lists a service every [XX,000] km — whichever comes first with the time limit.
Your car’s manufacturer sets out exactly what should be checked and replaced at each service interval. We follow that schedule to the letter — at your home or workplace — and stamp your logbook so your new-car warranty stays intact.
A logbook service is the scheduled maintenance listed in your car’s service book — for example at 15,000 km or 12 months. Each interval has its own checklist: some are a simple oil and filter change, others add spark plugs, brake fluid, coolant or a cabin filter.
Under Australian Consumer Law you don’t have to go back to the dealer to keep your warranty. What matters is that the work follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses parts and fluids that meet their specification — which is exactly how we do it.

No. You can service your car anywhere as long as the work follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses parts and oils that meet their specification. We do both, and stamp your logbook.
Look at the last stamp in your logbook or the windscreen sticker. If you can’t find either, send us your rego and odometer reading and we’ll work it out.
